SENATE BILL NO. 171 An Act relating to the release of certain                  
records and reports required by the Department of Fish and Game                
regarding fish, shellfish, or fishery products and reports of fish             
buyers and processors; relating to the transfer of certain land within         
the McNeil River State Game Refuge and McNeil River State Game                 
Sanctuary to the state; and providing for an effective date was read           
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.

The question being: Shall SENATE BILL NO. 171 An Act relating                  
to the release of certain records and reports required by the                  
Department of Fish and Game regarding fish, shellfish, or fishery              
products and reports of fish buyers and processors; relating to the            
transfer of certain land within the McNeil River State Game Refuge             
and McNeil River State Game Sanctuary to the state; and providing
